Less than a week, not bad.
This is what I wanted to do since BS-X Project didn't advance much, I might as well do something.
So I made this translation patch, I call it 2013 version as there was one before.

Every text should be translated, in the exception of the Title Screen, St. GIGA screens, and I think that's pretty much it.

Beta because it isn't much tested, but so far it worked.

Patch:
You must patch a UNHEADERED JAPANESE BS-X BIOS ROM.
MD5 of the original ROM at No-Intro: fed4d8242cfbed61343d53d48432aced
This is a BPS file, so you must use beat (or any other BPS patchers).

TODO:
Remove the big japanese text at the Download Screen from Home.
Translate the Title Screen, St. GIGA screens...

- Added (forgotten) Back translation when there's no programs.
- Fixed Patch using the original No-Intro ROM because I'm dumb I didn't use the right one, sorry guys.
